I found the rooms very well equipped, it was a nice surprise. the bed was enormous, i slept soundly! i liked the dove toiletries. They were a great alternative to cheaper brands. the breakfast included everything i could possibly want, so tasty and hot!
There weren't many plug sockets next to the bed. This was somewhat annoying. i did have to move some furniture to charge my phone.

breakfast was self service with soya available; it was given for my room, very thoughtful. i appreciated that i could get additional tea and coffee for the room anytime, such great service. a harvester restaurant was located nearby too.

the staff seemed friendly and personable. rooms included blackout curtains, an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, tea, and coffee. the bed felt large and comfortable. the air conditioning and heating worked well. the bathroom included dove essentials.
the ac unit did not work upon arrival in the room. a clicking sound also came from the heater. after going out for the evening, i found a huge urine stain on the bed sheet.

The heater made an unbearable clicking sound. It disrupted sleep. I wish this maintenance issue had been addressed prior to my arrival.
